At AUSSIE diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scale model purchase; if your item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all diecast models remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the model and packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Model

  Carefully repack the item in its original display box and place it inside a sturdy outer shipping carton with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Australian distribution center using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the diecast for integrity, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement model within 5 business days.
